Jason Z. Puracal (and family) Owner/Broker
Jason was born just outside of Chicago and grew up in the Seattle/Tacoma area of Washington State. His parents are both originally of East Indian descent, although they were raised in Singapore and Malaysia. Jason attended school at the University of Washington in Seattle, and received a B.S. in Zoology and a B.A. in Economics. Prior to applying to Vet school, he decided he was in need of more large animal experience. Jason suited up and joined the Peace Corps Animal Husbandry Program, and was sent to Nicaragua under the umbrella of the agriculture sector. While volunteering in Nicaragua, he fell in love with the country, saw the huge potential in real estate, and decided to stick around. He married a beautiful Nicaraguan queen, Scarleth, and now has one baby boy named Jabu. He is involved with many projects throughout Nicaragua including two sustainable farms, a hospital project, and several other businesses. Living the American Dream in Tropical Paradise!! Sam and Dana Stewart Owner/Broker
Sam and Dana both moved to San Juan del Sur after graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Dana is an Austin, Texas native, while Sam is originally from Portland, Maine. Interests include: traveling, reading, surfing, real estate development, spearfishing, snowboarding, cooking, music production, hanging out with their two bulldogs (Suge and Lunchbox), and simply enjoying the people, recreation, and beauty Nicaragua has to offer. Liam was born in Dublin, Ireland and throughout his life has lived in many different locations including Germany, the United States, and now Nicaragua. Since retiring from the insurance business, he has come to work with RE/MAX selling real estate, but his real passion is his position as the Chairman of Fundraising for the non-profit San Juan del Sur Community Library and Mobile Library- delivering books and education material to the greater SJDS area. Liam specializes in ocean properties, ranging from single family lots and homes, to large investment properties.
